I've already done a layout for this sketch, but I wanted to make a card too.
First, I want to know how long it takes you to make a card?
I already had the "shell" of this card, with flowers, on my desk.
I got started around 9:30 & didn't get finished until 11:00.
I couldn't get it to come together & I'm not real sure I'm pleased with the final card, but here it is.
After taking the picture, I realize you can't see the sentiment, but it's on the bottom left & reads "Happy Birthday."

On the flip-side, this card came together in a matter of 30 minutes. This is for Sketch 7 & I'm wanting to do a layout too. If you really think about it..........all sketches can be used for cards, tags & layouts. I just wish I had more time in the day:)

And to think I was going to try & get a layout done tonight too!!

I like the card alot. I think it is the butterfly which is my favorite part.
Hi ! Both cards are great but the Miss U one is especially outstanding ! Love the floral cut outs !
If a sketch speaks to me it usually takes me 30 mins to put a card together - sometimes I just can't get anything going even after looking at all the samples ! lol. I rarely use the same sketch for cards & layouts etc - kinda like cooking I don't like to use the recipe more than once if I can help it ! lol there's just too many sketches / challenges out there to try !
I don't make very many cards but if I do, they really have to talk to me and it usually comes together pretty quick. I love both of your cards, but I am partial to the colors of the top one.
Your Cards are Beautiful - I especially luv the Miss U card - Gorgeous!
I find it varies for me usually takes about 30 mins to an hour and sometimes it takes me a couple of hours, sometimes I have trouble picking out the papers, i have some paper that i just can't bring myself to cut into : )
