If not productive, at least, FUN!!! Because, in the grand scheme of life, that's really what it's all about.
I've completed 2 layouts & have to call it quits for an hour or so. Gotta get myself ready to leave tonight, which means making sure I've got everything packed. Hoping to have another hour or so to scrap before I leave.
So, I present to you my take on Sketch This 48 and Triple the Sketch 4. I liked both of these sketches & they really are versatile, but I don't like how my Triple layout turned out. By no means is it the fault of said Sketch, though I'd like to find fault in something else, other than my scrapping skills, but alas...........it truly is that I think my layout turned out suckish (is that a word?) I do plan on doing a card for both of these sketches, but I noticed Triple posted a new sketch for NSD & I'd love to try my hand at that one too.
So, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this layout. Your eyes do not deceive you, so quit rubbing them............I changed the coloring in the photo. I wanted it to look that way. Why you ask? Who knows........I just did & I LOVE it. Can you see the butterfly? It's part of the paper & I simply cut around it, so the wings would stick out AND (as if that's not enough for you), I added glitter to the outer edges. NOW....................that's serious edge livin' folks!!
Here, sadly enough, is my Halloween layout, even though it's not Halloween. I couldn't use a blue background because me & blue aren't having a good day. So, I chose the orange & I like orange (we get along), but I'm not liking something about this. Can you find it? If so, please let me know.........I'm losing sleep over this one. This layout has to do w/the fact I have NO left-handed chidren & I was so hoping Camryn would be the ONE. She's not!!
Okay, off to get ready & hopefully scrap a few more things before I have to leave.
