Pigeon Forge................

here we come!!
I am sooooooooooo excited.
My in-laws are headed
to Pigeon Forge this weekend.
Last night, they invited us!!
The girls are so excited,
as it's supposed to snow
& they've never seen or been in snow.
We live in FLORIDA,
I think the last time it snowed
here was sometime in the 90's?
Anyway, I picked up a few
pieces of the Pink Paislee Cupid line.
Just a quick card & layout
before I go downstairs to pack.
I actually added a little mist
to the outer edge of this paper.
I don't really like how it warps
the paper though:(
So, I'm off to pack.
I've got a few other projects
in the works,
but they won't be touched
until mid-week?
We'll be returning Wednesday.

2S4Y - Laura's #44 sketch

I can't believe how much time
I've had to scrap lately.
Not only have I been scrapping,
but I'm back on track
with my weekly exercise.
What a great feeling:)
So today I took the current
2 Sketches 4 U - Laura's #44 sketch
Super simple card,
but I like the end result.
The butterfly & sentiment
are more of the MME Break Free line.


The next is a super simple layout
using some of the Basic Grey Origins.
Though it doesn't "showcase" the papers well,
it's the black grid paper
& the strip going across
the bottom of the picture.


I do believe I'm gonna try to scrap some more.
I already know I'm getting scrappy time on Friday!!
Pretty excited about that!!
Me & hubby are also trying to decide
if we want to take on
"Shaun Ts 60-Day Insanity Challenge?"
If anyone has tried this,
I'd love some feedback!!

CPS 151 *part 2*

WOW!!
I must really love the CPS 151 sketch.
As I was putting these MM rub-ons away,
I saw the hearts at the bottom
& whipped up another card.

Okay, now I'll tuck them away
& get back to work on my Basic Grey Origins!!

CPS 151

It's been awhile since I've
been able to work off a current sketch.
But tonight the CPS 151 sketch called me.
I used the Basic Grey packaging
for my squares across the front.
Definitely a 5-min card!!



I also managed to do
a couple of layouts,
but won't be uploading them now.

Though I was hoping to get more done,
I did manage another card.
This will go to one of my sils,
since their birthdays are 1 day apart:)

I did stop by my lss
& picked up some more BG Origins
& some Tattered Angels mists.
Pretty excited to get busy:)
