happy Monday!!

I'm so excited today is Monday!!
This is the first Monday in 3-weeks
I haven't had to work!!
WOOHOO for me!!
Aside from cleaning & exercising
I don't really have anything planned.

I saw an infomercial for
"Shaun T's 60-Day Insanity" challenge.
If you've tried or/are trying this challenge,
please lmk what you think about it.

Below are more cards
I created this weekend.
The first card uses
the Feb Scrapbook and Cards sketch,
along with a K&Co butterfly.

This next card uses
the March Scrapbook and Cards sketch,
along with some Studio Calico papers.

The rest are some layouts.
The 2nd one totally makes me laugh.
The title couldn't be more appropriate
for a scrapbook page!
On the last page,
you can't see the masking I did,
but I used some Heidi Swapp butterfly masks
& some white acrylic paint.
I wanted it to be subtle, thus the white.

And that's what I got done this weekend!!
Maybe I'll get to scrap more this week,
but if not,
I'm pleased with what I did get done this weekend.

CPS 136

It's raining here today
which is perfect scrappin' weather.
The girls went to the circus
& William is tired from his race yesterday.
So, I'm gonna scrap.
For this card,
I used the current CPS 136
& some Basic Grey June Bug.
This is probably my least fav line by them,
but I'm determined to use it.

I'm hoping to get a little more scrappin' done,
so I'm gone!!

a productive WCM day for me:)

Because my girls are being good
(& I mean that seriously)
I've gotten quite a bit done today.
The pictures aren't that great,
but you get the idea!!

I'll start with a card I made
using a sketch from Scrapbook and Cards Today.
This is the January sketch
& I like it enough I want to use it again.

These next 2 cards are from Card Patterns #35.
For the 2nd card I flipped the sketch.

This last card uses a sketch from 2S4U.

I also completed 3 layouts,
but I'll save those for another day.

It's finally here!!
World Cardmaking Day.
I started cardmaking 3-years ago
& have been passionate about it ever since.
I'm wanting to scrap to my hearts content today,
but not sure how much I'll get done.

Now, I need to get off the computer so I can scrap:)

it's the weekend

After working, part-time,
for about 2 1/2 weeks,
I've gained a better appreciation
for the weekend!!!
I was really looking forward to Saturday.
It's World Cardmaking Day
& I was hoping to spend the entire day
scrapping to my hearts content.
But, it doesn't look like that's going to happen,
so, I'll just squeeze in whatever I can get:)
The other day I did get to play with CPS #135.
The sketch was fairly simple
& I didn't try to change it up.
Using some CC Boyfriend
& keepin' it simple!!

I'm really, really tired,
& I need to get the girls picked up.
We might even go out to eat?
Then, since William is out of town,
I was going to scrap late into the evening/morning,
but I don't think my sleepy eyes will last?
